We, the Daughters of St. Paul, are celebrating our 75th foundation anniversary in the Philippines. Part of our mission in the Church is to promote Gospel values through the various instruments of social communication. We acknowledge the positive values promoted by the mainstream media, particularly television, which continues to be a very popular medium for entertainment.

The Philippine entertainment industry is blessed with good and Christ-like media practitioners and they need our moral support. Together, let us recognize their great contribution in building our Christian community. Join the Paulines TELEFEST 2013 survey which aims to acknowledge and encourage our local scriptwriters and directors to come up with more wholesome telenovelas that uplift the moral standards of our people.

The survey is from June 1 to 30, 2013. Awarding will be on October 13, 2013.

Vote for three (3) telenovela/teleserye you like most and tell us why in the comment section.

Thank you and God bless!

  1. The telenovela doesn’t only entertain me. It leaves a ‘smile and a wish’ in my heart each time the program closes for the day……the “kapit-bisig” by-word injects the value of moral support that strengthens unity within the family. It inspires people to always have a positive outlook in life.

  2. Anami C. Canag says:

Juan dela Cruz is light, funny fantasy. Although predictable, love the idea that good always triumphs over evil.

  3. Luisa says:

Honestly I watched it just to know the story. Almost the whole story has much hatred except the ending.
